Co-op program
Receive credits from your university as part of your coursework while working full-time for 6 months (a semester off from school is required). Available in the Spring/Summer or Summer/Fall, Engineering and Supply Chain co-ops will have a chance to work on meaningful projects, present to top leadership, and earn a competitive hourly salary.

Many of them do. Our goal for our student programs is to create a pipeline of top future talent that we can hire after graduation.
Our students have high exposure to leadership including a Leadership Speakers Series where you’ll be able to hear how our leaders got where they are today and their advice to you coming out of school. You also will present to leadership at the end of your program.
Even though we don’t all work under one roof, we really are like a family at GAF. From the moment employees are hired, they’re welcomed and encouraged to succeed. You can enjoy lots of social interaction through our community outreach programs, employee resource groups, within your own teams, and more.
The main difference between our Co-Op and Internship Programs is the duration of the program. Our Internship Program is 10 weeks long and is only offered over the summer. Our Co-Op Program is 6 months in length for two terms, typically Spring/Summer or Summer/Fall. Our Co-Ops also receive academic credit for completing our program.
Our students are tasked with meaningful projects that directly impact our industry. You will be in charge of managing your schedule and priorities with the help of your mentor.
