I had an outstanding experience with Taylor Roofing, thanks to Matt Taylor's exceptional dedication. Matt went above and beyond when working with the insurance company, guiding me through the entire process, which took 14 months. Initially, we thought it was a routine insurance claim for wind and hail damage, but it escalated into a vandalism claim. When many roofers might have backed away from such a complicated situation, Matt got even more involved. He demonstrated that the damage was not caused by his crew but by a previous roofer. Matt worked closely with the insurance auditor and successfully secured a full roof replacement. I am incredibly grateful for Matt Taylor's integrity and kindness. In an era where such traits are rare among contractors, I appreciate his tenacity and commitment to doing the right thing. Matt saw this project through to the end, and I feel fortunate to have worked with him. If I could, I would give him 6 stars!
